Russia criticizes the diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympics from America
Russia has criticized the announcement of the diplomatic boycott of Beijing's Winter Olympics from the US.
Moscow spokesman Kremlin Dmitry Peskov said that sports should be cleaned by politics. He further said that the Olympic Games should also be kept clean from politics.
The Russian spokesman said that players do not have a positive move to include a boycott.
The news agency says that the US has announced to not send US officials to Beijing Winter Olympics. American players have been allowed to attend Beijing Winter Olympics.
According to the news agency, Beijing Winter Olympics Games in China will be from 4 to 20 February.
