How will the commercial military land end? Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has directed the Secretary of Defense in a case relating to commercial use of military land to state in all military bases that the land would be used for strategic purposes only.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed presided over the hearing of various cases including the case related to commercial use of military land in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry.
