The court also heard the arguments of Aryan Khan and other accused and the lawyers of the Anti-Narcotics Force, but as the arguments were not complete, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 27.

According to the Times of India, during the hearing, Aryan Khan's lawyers told the court that his client was arrested before he entered the cruise ship, although he has not yet confessed to using drugs.

Aryan Khan's lawyers told the court that the anti-narcotics force did not have police powers, but was still using them.

The report said that Aryan Khan's bail application was heard by a single bench but the hearing of the case was adjourned till October 27 due to incomplete arguments of the lawyer of the other accused, including the lawyer of the Narcotics Force.

The Times of India, in its second report, told the court that Aryan Khan's lawyer also objected to the provisions of the case filed against his client and told the court that the case was filed against his client on the basis of false clauses. has been.

At the same time, he said that when the allegation against his client that he had drugs or was using them could not be proved, then on what basis has he been kept in jail for 20 days?

During the hearing, the Narcotics Force lawyers told the court that the investigation into Aryan Khan's mobile chats with the other accused revealed that he had been using drugs while also transferring drugs from one place to another. After several hours of hearing, the hearing was adjourned until October 27.

 It may be recalled that Aryan Khan's lawyers had filed a bail application in the Mumbai High Court on October 20, which was likely to be heard on October 21.

However, no hearing was held on October 21, after which the case was heard on October 26.

Earlier, the Mumbai Sessions Court had rejected Aryan Khan's bail application on October 20, while the Metropolitan Court had earlier rejected his application on October 7 and sent him to jail on a 14-day judicial remand.

Aryan Khan's judicial remand was completed on October 21, after which the court extended his remand for nine days and ordered him to be kept in jail till October 30.

Shah Rukh Khan's son was arrested along with his accomplices from a cruise ship on the beach in Mumbai on October 3. He is accused of intending to have a drug party with the accomplices.

He was arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Control Bureau from a cruise party including friends Arbaaz Merchant, Manman Dhamicha, Nupur Srika, Smit Singh, Mohawk Jaswal, Vikrant Chopra, and Gomat Chopra.

Aryan Khan is currently in Mumbai's Arthur Jail along with his other accomplices, while two other women, including Manman Dhamicha, who were arrested along with him, have been kept in the women's jail.
