The Taliban spokesman, quoting the armed Taliban, said that in the past there had been incidents of looting and unrest during the occupation of a city, especially Kabul, so the move was forced to control the situation. However, collecting all weapons used in the war from across the country and taking them into government custody is one of our top priorities.

Referring to women, the Taliban spokesman said that the work of women in all medical education and other state institutions would be fully sponsored at the government level, but the spokesman also stressed that all nations of the world and Societies have their own values, traditions, and civilizations and they shape their national structure accordingly. We hope that our traditions and values ​​will be respected in this regard.

Zabihullah Mujahid further said that we appeal to the international community to cooperate with us as a nation keeping in view our rights and international principles. In this regard, our attitude will be positive and constructive.

On one occasion, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said, "You have all seen that in just eleven days we have taken over the whole of Afghanistan, but instead of any arrogance and revenge, we have peace and tranquility as well as mutual brotherhood and brotherhood."
