Are we free ?  Written by Aiman Farooq

When the month of August came again this year, an idea came to my mind that whenever the month of August comes, we celebrate August 14 with great enthusiasm. We sing songs of joy.

But a few questions came to my mind: Are we really free? Do we know the meaning of freedom? If they are free, how are they free? When I started looking for answers to so many questions, I came up with ideas. Yes! There is no doubt that we are really suffering. We can move freely. Can breathe at will. We are physically in pain. But we are still not mentally free today. We are living a life of mental slavery. Because we were never mentally free. Our thoughts, our ideas are still in chains of slavery. We can write down our thoughts, ideas and ideas, but we cannot bring them to fruition.
Every year on 14th August, the whole nation celebrates this day with enthusiasm. Pays homage to its martyrs But we have sacrificed this state obtained from the sacrifices of our martyrs for bribery, deceit, deception, murder, terrorism and selfishness. We remember the sacrifices of our martyrs only in name. Just remember them one day and then get lost in the colors of your life.
Today's man is selfish. The country that gave it its identity has been forgotten even though our existence and our security depends on the security, development and welfare of that country. We celebrate this Independence Day every year. Sing national anthems of freedom. But we do not know the meaning of freedom because we are not mentally free. And a country whose citizens are not mentally free can never prosper. We are slaves to China and America. Our country and our rulers are bound by their orders. Physically free and mentally enslaved, the country can never realize its dreams.
Allah Almighty does not give this blessing of freedom to everyone. Because you are aware of the situation in Kashmir and Palestine. Who have been sacrificing their lives for freedom for the last one century but have not been able to achieve freedom till date. Ask the price of freedom from those who sacrifice their loved ones for the sake of freedom struggle. But they do not give up but continue their struggle. They are not physically free but mentally free.
Our country is in trouble today. It needs our young generation who can get this country out of trouble and make it strong. We should cherish the blessing of freedom. This excitement and passion that takes place on August 14 should be the whole year. The dedication and struggle for freedom can bring human ideas to fruition. We have to be mentally free to complete ourselves. Pakistan has an important place in Islamic countries. Pakistan is a country whose young generation has the courage to move forward and develop. Knowing the importance of independence, they can play an important role in the development of the country. To make this developing country developed. What we couldn't do in 73 years, our young generation is brave enough to do in another 20 years.
But the younger generation does not pay attention to this. He is misguided. Smoking is common. This generation needs to be awakened so that they can be aware of their duties and carry out their responsibilities effectively. We cannot progress or be mentally free unless we are united and support each other.
Ensuring the security of a country is the job of the people of that country. We have to work for our country, it has to move on the path of development. The sons of this country sacrificed  for their mother earth. He has beautified this country with his blood. Therefore, we cannot sacrifice this country for terrorism and our own greed. These martyrs have saved this country from the enemy by sacrificing their lives. This country is enduring because of the sacrifices of these heroes.
Come on guys! On the occasion of this 14th of August, we pledge to take this country out of the darkness and depravity of the past to the heights of the heavens and build a new Pakistan according to Khan's vision. A country with a bright future. We will fulfill our promise and die so that future generations can remember us all like our martyrs. Change always begins with one person. Our struggle will brighten the future of our future generations.
May Allah keep the shadow of His mercy on this country forever. May this country last forever. Make this country a home of brotherhood, fraternity and peace for every human being. Amen!
